In this week’s episode, Beau talks with old friend & leader Tommy Porep about the value of pouring into others and the importance of the experience and lessons they’ve learned along the way.

Tommy was a Professional Basketball Official for eight years in Division 1 and five years under contract with the NBA Developmental League & the Summer League. He has been a Regional Manager for several retailers, and now is an Allstate Insurance Agency Owner.

Beau shares that Tommy’s success with Allstate inspired him to take the leap into owning his own business. It’s important to have friends or mentors to look up to, that go before you and pave the way. You will become like your 5 closest friends. Tommy & Beau talk about how they became friends almost 10 years ago, working together to roll out a division for a popular retailer.
