The Confident CEO - for Female Entrepreneurs

In this episode, we meet with Agatha Brewer to discuss how you can create an intentional marketing strategy for your online course which is based on your personality and strengths.
The best marketing strategy for you won't be what's best for someone else. Depending on if we are an introvert, ambivert, or extrovert will determine which marketing strategies are best for us to use as individuals.
Agatha suggests ways to make your marketing strategy intentional, meaning that you hit the results you want rather than throwing together a strategy which won't work for you. She also gives key advice about how long to run with a strategy to analyse if it's working or not and what you might need to do if you aren't seeing the results you want.

5 Tips to Making Your Course Look Professional

Content is key for any online course, but you also want your course to look as professional as possible.
In this episode, we will discuss the 5 easy to implement ways that you can instantly make your online course look more professional.
The 5 tips we will run through are:

  1. Get yourself a professional domain name.
  2. The second is to get yourself an SSL certificate. Make sure it is activated. You don’t need to go out and buy another one if you already have one with the online course package you have purchased. The vast majority of the time, when you buy packages for online course platforms, they do include an SSL certificate for your online school. So just have a double check where that is on the settings and make sure that it is activated. Reach out to their support team for whichever online school you’re using.
  3. Check your course layout. Make sure that it makes sense and do a walkthrough of your entire course a couple of weeks after you’ve completed it. This way you can make sure that every part of your course makes sense.
  4. Check your grammar and spelling. Use a program such as Grammarly to help you.
  5. Check your font and tax color as well as your text size. Make sure it is legible for everyone.
