Elaine Allen is Blackpool Literacy Lead and Director of the St John Vianney English Hub. She also serves on the Liverpool Education Board as a reading expert, as well as the Blackpool Education Improvement Board. Elaine Allen also trains on the National Professional Qualification for Leading Literacy (NPQLL) for the National Institute of Teaching (NiOT) and also coaches on the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
