How do you put together school lunches that your kids will love but will also give them good fuel and keep them feeling full?
Too often, school lunches are packed with empty carbs and lacking in sustaining protein. Don't even get me started on all the food dyes and fake stuff that negatively impacts the learning of kids.
A good school lunch starts with PROTEIN. Then adds fruits and veggies. THEN unprocessed or less processed carbs and clean fat. LASTLY, add healthier treats, like berries or raisins. Your kids will enjoy these lunch ideas and will do better in school because their bodies won't be fighting against them when it comes to paying attention and learning. They will thank you, mama!
