Many people have a great vision, passion or dream that they would desire to turn into a profitable business or a great positive impactful nonprofit to help fulfill their dreams. Although it's their dream to fulfill, most will never get past the idea phases of those visions. Those who do take action and become Incorporated in America, then will generally be of the following statistical trends:

Data from the BLS shows that approximately 20% of new businesses fail during the first two years of being open, 45% during the first five years, and 65% during the first 10 years. Only 25% of new businesses make it to 15 years or more.

The last 35 years have has been a relatively strong job market. Therefore there hasn't been many favorable incentives to work independent as your own boss or leader. Those who need or seek the help of forming there own team will find quality health insurance and benefits to be quite expensive. In addition, with the exception of a couple of recessions in America there was plenty of jobs since the early 1980's to 2019. Now in 2020 with the recent events with the Corona virus pandemic and the threat of full automation of many classic jobs by corporate interest, the tide is turning in the market. It appears the downward spiral of the job market is upon us. Now we must adapt in these challenging times to the new growing market trends. Consequently there's also a renewed interest in entrepreneurship.

We are going to cover what it takes to form a successful business plan. Also in this episode we site examples of great business leaders and successful persons who took their business from a small entity to make it a world-changing if not to at least a phenomenally great business venture in the recent decades. Couple that with some of our own strategies and examples, success is only a few steps away to accomplishing your dream business. πŸŽ‡

The B.I.G 8 - Starlink, Space X, Space Force
play

09/08/20 β€’ 34 min

Space is essential for Success. This will be the most vital benefit to our species and to save Humanity in the 21st century and beyond. First among all else we have to think BIG! Our team stands for better Innovation goals and this is the very purpose of what these missions are going to bring. The creators about STARLINK and Space Force have a vision of why we need to keep are people free across the world.

Space force is focused on leading telecommunications to the next level. Starlink on a similar playing field is going to bring 5G internet safely across the globe. Right now China's leading the game of communications. We know this because many countries up until the epidemic we're putting the full trust in the Chinese government. This is a grave error of judgment. We will now explain why Satellite and Orbital space is Essential to safety.

Chinese CCP government's interest is not of Good Intentions. They have proven this that they can't take care of their own people in the last 50 years. The most latest being lying about the coronavirus outbreak and not helping the rest of the world to save their own face. So how can we trust them to run the 5G internet?

The internet is a Freedom Network. The path to Liberty cannot be censored. Chinese government officials sensor everything that against is against their rise or against their interest of policy. They have been proven to infiltrate and technically invade our institutions, universities and our technology secrets to get ahead. They've stolen countless Secrets hard-won bought by great engineers and scientists all over the world.

China's intention is dominate the energy game as well. They are working on technology to beam solar energy from space down to earth. This sounds like a small thing but it's a really massively dangerous objective. They claim it's a peaceful clean energy interests. However they can Target a laser to any critical point on Earth. That would be any place or person that they feel as a threat could technically be obliterated by this Laser Technology.

Case and point our energy grid is fragile and they could take out Central Power stations and anytime they want once this has officially up and running. And we were thinking electricity was our entitlement.?

How about critical communication centers? That can be easily destroyed as well with this technology. And then don't forget the satellites in space. One has to know STARLINK is being used to give the world very low-cost 5G and uncensored internet. What if the Chinese citizens want to access this internet from Elon Musk STARLINK Network? The theory plays out this narrative. These low earth orbit satellites would be sitting ducks to this Laser Weaponry. Remember these are low earth orbit are susceptible from above and below from missile attacks from the Chinese government or lasers from above with this technology described. The Chinese government will not tolerate uncensored Internet to the people. They also frame America among other countries as the "bad guy." They can't afford to change this narrative and they will not allow STARLINK to prosper.

One must understand why STARLINK is so critical to human progress. Just consider how important information is to our people across the Free World? STARLINK's mission is to give the entire world ability to access the internet. The benefits to humanity for it the internet are massive. Think about the education you get on YouTube or Google or all the other search engines? You basically can get a college degree and with unfiltered unbiased information that you can choose to digest at your leisure. Consider how many future engineers and scientists across the world will create clean energy, clean water and cure diseases with just some of that knowledge and inspiration they get from the internet currently. Imagine how great that's going to be in the next decade if we keep it free from tyrannical governments like the Chinese CCP?

We are going to cover just how STARLINK, Space X & Space Force could be a match made in our Heavens to save our freedom and progress across to the Free World.

The B.I.G 8 - Why Electric Vehicles?
play

06/08/20 β€’ 29 min

Why the Electric Vehicle my friends? What's the matter with Gas and Diesel motor vehicles? We dive briefly into the Why Nots and Why Yes's for both. That's among the burning questions of the 2020's. And a whole lot of trillions of dollars right on this big question. So you better take a listen for your future jobs and security here. We don't write the rules but there is a lot to come from this...

So most non History Majors wouldn't know it but we used to impale whales of all sizes in the ocean just to keep our lamps on. As you might know, lamp oil fueled lamps of the 1800s. However this was from the blubber of these giant sea creatures who are the intelligent mammals very similar to humans. What an atrocity that we would allow this. A major reason why we eat needed to move forward and the 1850s and 60s to find another fuel source. Which in the 1880s we did the from bubbling black gold goo called "Texas Tea" coming out of the ground we know as oil.

In addition to ferocious appetite for industry needed better fuel sources especially the vehicle travel industry that was just beginning. Growing population growing demands needed a fuel that was easy to transport. Even easier than the heavy coal that was currently being used to run the steam motors. That fuel would be gasoline and diesel.

Then Henry Ford in the beginning of 20th Century announced the coming of the Model T. This was huge as he started the mass production with the assembly line and forming large teams of machinery and people to manufacture these vehicles.

The cost of the vehicles came down and the production rates went up dramatically. Everyone wanted to get these fast gas powered vehicles to replace horse and buggy.

Batteries were proposed as an option but made with lead acid back in the early 20th century and the weight problems it wasn't even a thought to replace the gas and diesel powered models.

And so for almost a hundred years gas and diesel reigned as the victors of propulsion on the road. That was until the early 2000s. One particular company disrupted this model with a car called The Roadster. The age of Tesla Motors had begun.

Among the impressive features was the acceleration that only makes 90% of people smile.😁 It's all things we love in a vehicle PLUS the impressive torque ratio that allows for instant drivetrain propulsion from direct current electric. And in the case of the TESLA Roadster try 0 to 60 in under 2.1 seconds! πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ†

Benefits of electric vehicles

There are a number of great benefits to electric vehicles (EVs) over conventional petrol/diesel cars.

Cheaper to run

Owners of an EV have the advantage of much lower running costs.

Cheaper to maintain

EVs have a lot less moving parts than a conventional petrol/diesel car. There is relatively little servicing and no expensive exhaust systems, starter motors, fuel injection systems, radiators and many other parts that aren’t needed in an EV.

Batteries do wear out so replacement batteries will eventually be needed. Most car manufacturers warrant EV batteries for around 8 years. Key advantage over fossil fuels driven petrol vehicles that needs regular servicing so cost more to maintain. However, because the electrical motor requires little maintenance due to far few moving Parts which cause engines and components to fail quicker

Better for the environment

Less pollution: By choosing to drive an EV you are helping to reduce harmful air pollution from exhaust emissions. An EV has zero exhaust emissions.

Renewable energy: If you use renewable energy to recharge your EV, you can reduce your greenhouse gas emissions even further. You could recharge your EV from your solar PV system during the day instead of from the grid.

Health benefits

Reduced harmful exhaust emissions is good news for our health. Better air quality will lead to less health problems and costs caused by air pollution. EVs are also quieter than petrol/diesel vehicles, which means less noise pollution.

Safety improvements

Recent findings have shown that several EV features can improve safety. EVs tend to have a lower centre of gravity that makes them less likely to roll over. They can also have a lower risk for major fires or explosions and the body construction and durability of EVs may make them safer in a collision.

Our energy security

On a national level, EVs can help with Australia’s energy security. At present, Australia is highly dependent on other countries for petroleum imports. EVs are easy to power from local and renewable energy sources, reducing our dependence on foreign oil.

Among other reasons it's as clear as day who needs to take over in the 2020s and Beyond to get this electric vehicle Market shifts all the worlds energy needs and create a more sustainable planet.
