In this episode:

A trot warm up exercise to lengthen and secure the riders leg.
Arm awareness and its effect on the horse's carriage and balance.
Connection: riding the horse "from back to front".
How the rider's seat, hips and legs create a solid "base of support".
Effect of Base and Arms on posture and security of rider as well as the movement of the horse.
