Coup no. 211

Last month, there was a military coup in Guinea. Prior to that, there have been 210 coup attempts on the African continent. The Guinea coup was coup attempt number 211. And it was successful.

In this episode, we speak with Dr. Jonathan Powell to understand why coups are still happening and may continue to happen on the continent.
