I am so tired of the way TV and movies portray psychic mediums and spiritual people in general! We’re not all eccentric with crystal balls or flighty like Lily Tomlin in Grace & Frankie.

Mediumship is an ability I think so many of us have without even recognizing it. It can be so natural to receive information we may not even wonder where it comes from or how.

And in some cases, it's seeing (or hearing) spirits and feeling called to be a “medium”, or channel of information between the two worlds. This ability may even be a surprise to you or you may have shut it off during childhood.

I am so excited to bring you this conversation with Gina Strole, who is an Intuitive Healer, Psychic Medium, and Spiritual Coach.

She and I talk about what it's like to have mediumship abilities, how you can choose to use the abilities and the importance of having training and energetic boundaries around it.
