Today’s self talk I will be showing you how to deal with stress looking at it from three different aspects, mind, body and spirit.

MIND

Who buys food to earth project is a mini replica of our planet and a giant glass dome. They have a Sahara desert a phone rain forest and over 3800 different species and plants. Scientists were amazed to see how fast and tall the trees are going but after a few weeks all the trees fell over, because they forgot to put wind into factor. The wind causes the trees to grow the roots down deeper making them stronger so they can grow taller and support themselves. Without the wind they grow untested and eventually are too weak to hold themself up. Similar to us we need the wind and the resistance in the storms because it’s to grow roots down deeper get stronger because of the adversity. This helps us to grow and go to the next level in her life. When we can start looking at stress that’s a good thing for us it really helps us to deal with it a lot better.

Being in the WAIT room

You go into a weight room to grow you don’t come out there the same. Sometimes we need to stay in the weight room a little longer so that we can get stronger to handle what is coming for a snacks because if we were to go to another level there will be more adversity more stress and more people who are not for you so you have to keep passing the test.

BODY

Start the day saying out loud:

Today going to be a great day!

Studies are saying that first thing in the morning the rest of your day your subconscious is looking for reasons to back up and support that statement.

Study on memory and reciting things back out loud. Talking to yourself throughout the day chanting!

End the day 30 inhales 30 exhales

Hold your breath express your gratitudes for the day. In the hell would your breath for 15 seconds and set your intention for the rest of the evening

SPIRIT

Reciting scripture reminding God what he said in the Bible throughout the day and when problems arise gives you faith and confidence that God has not brought you this far to leave you. It is a great reminder to have these verses memorized so you can chanting and know that everything is going to work out and that whatever you’re going through it is not meant to hurt you and it’s made to prepare you for what you have coming in store.

These are my two favorite scriptures for dealing with stress or when situations arise.

Phil 4:6

don’t worry about anything, instead pray about everything, tell God what you need and thank him for all he’s done.

Mark 11:22-25

“Jesus replied to them, “Have faith in God. Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, everything you pray and ask for — believe that you have received it and it will be yours. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven will also forgive you your wrongdoing.”
