Who is Tony Smith:
Tony Smith spent 19 years as a Police Officer, 10 of those years as a Tactical Operator with The Windsor Police ESU (Think SWAT). During those years Tony lead thousands of successful missions and trained and developed a cohesive group of high functioning leaders.

Tony left the police force in 2018, to create The Garage Gym with his wife Dani (a former Undercover drug cop) which is a one of a kind experience that combines fitness & mindset training: it is the fastest-growing completely independent fitness facility in Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

Tony has gone on to build a successful career after law enforcement using experience and lessons from his time as a SWAT Team leader as well as being a community leader, husband, father, successful entrepreneur and someone who is triumphant in his battle with PTSD.
