
AWP: It's Not Working

This thought is a limiting belief that I would encourage you to remove from your vocabulary because nothing good or productive comes from it.
When you think the thought, "It's not working" you are going to create negative feelings in the body such as frustration, self-pity, or maybe even anger. When you feel those emotions, you never take constructive action, and then you end up proving yourself right (that "it's" not working).

AWP: Minimize To Maximize
More stuff definitely doesn’t mean more happiness. It’s in many cases the opposite. More things in your home mean more cleaning, clutter, and things for your brain to process (meaning you have less energy to process the important things!) and also less money in your account.
A lot of people just shop to feel good or fill a void in their life. They experience discomfort from negative emotions so they buy something to feel instant gratification and cover up that discomfort. As with all buffering, if you try to cover up the negative you also cover up the positive.
Some people buy things so they seem well off, but you are actually creating the opposite effect, the more things you have means the less money in your bank account.
I also talk about minimizing what you are consuming when it comes to processed junk food, drama filled tv shows or gossip at work. All of those things lower your energy and if you wouldn’t want that drama in your life then don’t let it in your mind.
