03/29/21 • 35 min
In this episode, Alexis and Ryan discuss the hold depression can have on one's life and how to deal with it. Our thoughts determine how we feel and how we react to certain situations. What we have to do is make sure we are familiar with the Word so that when negative thoughts run through our mind, they can be filtered out by the Holy Spirit.
If you were to communicate with your depression within, what would it say about you?
