Josh Russell, CSP, has 19 years of experience in environmental, health & safety, in a wide range of industries to include general, construction, laboratory/R&D & government consulting. He is currently the Sr. Manager of EH&S at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Josh is very passionate about people and creating real connections, and he focuses on creating comfortable, humanized, safe spaces, which foster growth, collaboration, innovation, and success. He has always had a knack for making people laugh and for making work and safety fun, and now he has spent several years working on defining and strengthening his personal brand of leadership, which he classifies as “leading with laughter”.

Kevin Morris started out in the mechanical industry while going to school for Design Drafting. Became a volunteer Fireman and EMT in 1992. Got on the job training with industry safety. Changed focus to a career Firefighter in 2000. Progressed to the rescue side and eventually became a Paramedic in 2008. He retired in 2021 as a Supervisor / Paramedic. Throughout his career, he enjoyed teaching and mentoring new people entering into this career field. Occasionally teaching seasoned veterans a new approach.
