She carries 20+ years experience in education, Breathwork, behavioral modification, gut health, trauma informed movement and yoga. She believes we have the power to reframe our story and create change on any given day. Her personal journey through years of complex trauma combined with training in multiple modalities has led to my 45 to THRIVE Program and SHIFT Method.
