Get it out of your head and into your life.

The purpose of this episode is to share how January went - focusing on our goals, whether we are on the path, and specifying steps along the way to get there. To do this, we'll execute a "Morning Standup" and let the conversation go where it takes us. Again...

A Morning Standup takes between 20-30 minutes.

5 min: Each person shares the "ONE" thing they must get done today. No matter what!

5 min: What does the rest of the day look like?

5 min: What does the rest of the week/month look like?

5 min: What big decisions do we have coming up?

5 Min: Get it off your chest.

This conversation is with LTC Trivius Caldwell. Trivius is a fellow infantry officer pursuing his PhD at Duke University who will soon take command of the Red Devils in the 82nd Airborne Division. He is very skilled at executing these types of clarity sessions and will share his approach to gaining clarity.

Why Teach Me to Fish?

Catch someone a fish, feed them for a day.
Teach them to fish, feed their family for life.

Our purpose is to help Leaders better understand what drives People to serve. In any organization, the core of recruiting and retaining talent revolves around leadership. And not just average leadership, but motivated, values-based, inspirational leadership.

Our Pursuit here is to get a little bit better every day.

Progress = Small Victories and stacking habits.

Habits like Getting up early, working your butt off, learning something new, Being positive and Surrounding yourself with phenomenal People.

Thanks for investing some time for yourself and thinking about the kind of People and experiences in your life that inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

I hope these conversations spark some ideas on what you can do to inspire People too.
