Tall Boy Radio - #TBR95 A digital Dukes of Hazzard

#TBR95 A digital Dukes of Hazzard

Tall Boy Radio
Growing up Beans wished he was Luke Duke. Turns out that dream was a little closer than he thought in that in tracing his American leg of the family tree, he has a cousin Beau. If you listened to episode BDS5, you'll know the back story, if not, you can always go back and listen to Beans does Genealogy. Beau should have joined us at TBR HQ but due to some passport problems he had to join us digitally and share that story from his perspective... and some of the really weird coincidences that are part of this story. There's our regular NFL chat and a little bit of hunting talk which should be interesting for our UK listeners before we ask the important question "Is Andy a viking?" Go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy! The opening music is "London Bayou" by Oscar Albis Rodriguez and the closing music is "BDS" by Lewis Pickford. tallboyradio.com

#TBR94 - Who needs Google?

In this episode, Beans puts the important questions to Gaz and Andy. We look at the top 100 Googled questions so far this year and see if these 2 guys can do a better job than the search engine in dishing out the answers. We've not gone for the mundane, we've picked the stranger questions that have been asked. Can dogs eat bananas? Are unicorns real? Are jellyfish immortal? You'll find all the answers here so go grab yourself a cold one, kick back and enjoy! The opening music is "London Bayou" by Oscar Albis Rodriguez and the closing music is "BDS" by Lewis Pickford. #TBR96 Inequality Street

This week it's Gaz's turn to ask the questions... and if you know anything about him, you'll have guessed that they are all sports based. We're joined by our pal Dave to look at inequality in sport. Be that the race debate in Cricket, or whether sportswomen should be allowed to compete against their male counterparts. We consider it all. There's the usual NFL talk and we throw down a challenge to any female podcasters out there who think they can take on the boys of TBR at any sport they fancy. Go grab yourself a cold one (preferably not the Duchess), kick back and enjoy! The opening music is "London Bayou" by Oscar Albis Rodriguez and the closing music is "BDS" by Lewis Pickford.
