Diego Luna, Genevieve O’Reilly, Kyle Soller, and Denise Gough: The Cast of ANDOR (Roundtable)
08/24/22 • 55 min
This is a very special episode of Talking Bay 94. A couple of weeks ago, thanks to Lucasfilm, we got to participate in roundtable interviews with the cast of the upcoming Disney+ series, ANDOR.
We got about 20 minutes each with newcomers Kyle Soller and Denise Gough (“Syril Kam” and “Dedra Meero”), Genevieve O’Reilly (“Mon Mothma”) and executive producer Diego Luna (“Cassian Andor”).
It was a huge thrill, obviously, and I hope you all enjoy.
ANDOR coming to Disney+ next month on September 21, with the first three episodes.
Other panelists included:
- Jedi News
- Skytalkers
- Star Wars Explained
- Triad of the Force
- Skywalking Through Neverland
- SW Holocron
- Coffee with Kenobi
- Father Son Galaxy
- Pink Milk Podcast
- Fangirls Going Rogue
We have some cool episodes coming up very soon, including my interview with ILM’s Rachel Rose.
If you’re enjoying the show, please head to Apple Podcasts or wherever you listen to these episodes and leave us a five-star rating and review! It means the world.

The Revenge of Gary Whitta: Co-Writer of ROGUE ONE
Today I’m talking to Gary Whitta, the co-writer of ROGUE ONE, as well as many many other pieces of Star Wars canon, who is returning to the show for the third time.
We have such a blast talking about trilogies, John Knoll stories, adventures on the set of R1, as well as his incredible current projects.
It is always such a treat whenever Gary comes around. I hope you all enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it.
As mentioned, please check out his latest project, GUN DOG, which is streamed live on his Twitch channel: twitch.tv/garywhitta

Rachel Rose: Crafting Light and Magic for ROGUE ONE, THE MANDALORIAN
Today, I’m talking to Rachel Rose, R&D Supervisor at Industrial Light and Magic. Rachel has worked on some of the incredible projects at ILM, including the virtual cameras used on ROGUE ONE, as well as Stage Craft / The Volume
Rachel is such an inspiring and vital part of what we love about STAR WARS and beyond, and it was an honor to get to talk with her.
Thank you so much again to Rachel for coming on the show, and being such an incredible inspiration and resource. Thank you, as well, to Ian at ILM for helping to coordinate this interview.
Of course, if for some reason you are listening to this show and have not watch LIGHT AND MAGIC on Disney+, it comes with my absolute highest recommendation. Just astounding.
