On this week's episode my good friend Ray and I sit down to talk about our individual experiences with our health and fitness journeys. Everyone's path to health is different but during this episode we break down what diets we've both tried and which option has provided successful results. We discuss the Carnivore Diet, Keto Diet, intermittent fasting and which healthy fitness regimen we combine along with our diets. Nutrition isn't the only contributing factor that alters our health as we all know many temptations will arise along the way that sometimes make loose focus on our goals like stress, drinking, social events and even work.
