Quickie: Overcoming Sex Negativity

Think about your favorite meal. You can probably describe it in vivid, mouthwatering detail without hesitation or embarrassment. Now try describing your favorite sexual experience with the same enthusiasm and specificity. Not so easy, is it? That's sex negativity at work.
Sex negativity—the belief that sex is inherently bad or shameful—has been baked into our culture for generations. Like ketchup soaked into a sponge, it's hard to remove and affects everything about how we think and talk about sexuality. This Super Sex Quickie explores how this mindset creates a limited vocabulary that makes sex seem more taboo than it needs to be, leaving us awkward and unable to clearly express our desires.
I offer a fresh perspective by comparing sex to food. When discussing cuisine, we have a rich vocabulary of sensory descriptions—spicy, sweet, crispy, juicy—and we confidently express our preferences. But with sex, we're stuck with vague euphemisms like "sleeping with" or "messing around" that fail to capture what we truly want. This linguistic limitation isn't just frustrating; it's a barrier to authentic connection and pleasure.
Moving from sex negativity to sex positivity isn't just about having better sexual experiences; it's about embracing your entire sexuality and freeing yourself from outdated, shame-based messaging. It creates a world where your unique preferences are valid, where open communication replaces awkward hints, and where diversity in sexual expression is celebrated rather than judged. Through practical tips like expanding your vocabulary, practicing self-acceptance, and challenging negative messages, you can begin your journey toward a more positive relationship with sex—one conversation at a time.

Episode 34: A Threesome With My Wife
This is an 18+ podcast. If you're not 18... Don't listen!
Ever wondered just how much dick size really matters in hookup culture? Or why masculinity seems to be tied to inches instead of, you know, actual personality? Well, buckle up, because today we’re diving deep—literally and figuratively. And we’ve got a very special guest in the house: Jordan's better half, Viktoriya! 🍷✨
With a glass of wine in hand, we’re breaking down Bonnie Blue’s absolutely insane claim of 1000 partners in 24 hours (seriously, HOW?!), unpacking the big news from Sherman and Viki, and asking the hard-hitting questions—like, does leather really make everything sexier in queer culture? (Spoiler: yeah, kinda.)
Between personal stories, awkward hookups, and a good dose of oversharing, we’re peeling back the layers on how our upbringing shapes the way we approach sex and relationships. One of us thrived in the world of casual encounters, while the other navigated a minefield of expectations in search of something deeper. Expect some unfiltered honesty, a few cringe-worthy moments, and the occasional WTF revelation.
And because no Supersex episode is complete without tackling the weird and wonderful, we’re looking at how social media pressures are driving extreme sexual behaviors—because let’s be real, OnlyFans isn’t just about side hustles, it’s reshaping how we see intimacy. We’re talking validation, body positivity, and why good communication (and, yes, enthusiastic consent) is still the sexiest thing in the room.
So, grab a drink, get comfy, and let’s get into it. This one’s gonna be fun.

Episode 35: Why Is Sex So Complicated? With Rowan Miller
Yo! If you're not 18+ stop right there...
Hey there, Supersex fam! Are you feeling bogged down by those pesky sexual challenges? In our latest episode, we're stripping it all down—talking about everything from erectile dysfunction and low libido to how body image can mess with your mojo. We’re thrilled to welcome back the ever-insightful Rowan Miller as we dive deep into why these issues pop up and how society’s wild expectations shape our sexy lives.
We’re getting real about performance anxiety too—yep, that pressure to live up to macho stereotypes can seriously cramp your style, leading to ED and a dip in desire. With a mix of raw, candid stories and expert insights, we're here to shine a light on these struggles and remind you that talking openly is the first step to kicking shame to the curb.
And we’re not stopping there! We're busting the myths churned out by mainstream media and porn, pushing for a more expansive, feel-good definition of intimacy and pleasure that goes way beyond the same old script. Everyone’s journey is unique, so why not focus on real connection and genuine enjoyment instead of just performance?
Plus, we drop some friendly reminders about the importance of tapping into expert help when needed—because sometimes a knowledgeable healthcare pro is exactly what you need to get back on track.
So, whether you're wrestling with these issues yourself or just curious about the conversation, this episode is for you. Tune in, get inspired, and join us in building a more open, understanding, and sex-positive world. Don't forget to subscribe, share your thoughts, and drop a review to keep this sexy convo flowing!
