Chris and Brooke FINALLY learn how to eat while training and racing! Okay, okay. We knew a little, but elite runner and dietician, Kelsey Beckmann, R.D., blew us away with all her easy to digest, bite-sized advice for what to eat, what to do if you forget to eat (hi, Brooke-I'm looking at you), when to eat, and lots of nutritional hacks. Yes! You can (and should) eat carbs. No! Chocolate milk isn't just for kids. No! sports drinks aren't the devil. Yes! Carbs and the UPS man have something in common. This may be the most informative episode we've had so far.
