After spending so much time and energy focusing on how to fully heal it can easily start to consume the rhythm of life and every space in your mind, which makes it hard to imagine a future where you don't have to spend every waking moment and every mental capacity to find how to fully heal.
So how do you know when you are fully healed? What does that look like? what are the next steps beyond healing? Will the same pains arise again? if so how do cope? These are just some of the questions we aim to answer in this episode
