In this season finale of Studio Stories - Auckland’s Dead Flowers formed at a 21st over a bag of magic mushrooms and shot to prominence in 1992 with the release of their first single, “Lisa” which reached number 27 on the national charts. In October of that year, the band set about recording their debut album.
In this episode, you’ll hear how the band found working with AC/DC’s legendary drummer Phil Rudd, and how they had no idea what they were doing.
