On this episode we talk through good self care practices for women of color. It is super important that we as minority women take care of ourselves. WE MUST DO IT!!!! We give so much to others, but who gives or pours into us? How are we getting full? We have to take the time to do the things that matter to us and are about us. The times we live in now are perilous and I believe that we need to keep our minds, bodies, and spirits right. I loved the advice we talked about during this episode and I hope that you do also.
