For Airtricity League fanatics like myself this Friday has been too long coming, it will see the beginning of the new Airtricity League season and already the defending champions under new management are favourites to win the league and doing yet another 3 in a row, a fate achieved back from 1983/84 until the 1985/86 season on their way to the famous 4 in a row.
