This week we're joined by Ta-Wanda Wilson who is the proud founder of The Road To Wellness Program, creator of The 8 Essential Lifestyle Functions and author of Breaking My Family's Poor Health Chain. Her science-based holistic practice is based on going back to the basics, transitioning to a healthier lifestyle and doing your part to assist your body in healing itself innately. After becoming aware of the role that lifestyle choices played in her family’s health history, she chose to take a new path by adopting a vegan diet, raising her three children using holistic health principles. Ta-Wanda works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produces lasting results.

Yolie is the chief freedom architect at her company of the same name.
