Charese is the founder of CJ Counseling and Consulting Services which provides individual counseling, women’s wellness workshops and consulting services to leaders. She strives to teach leaders to trust themselves and decrease self-induced and systemic pressures to improve their personal and professional relationships. Since the inception of Inspired Bosses, they have partnered with communities to uplift professionals and students across many generations. In the areas of confidence, where she has worked with a former winner of America's next top model, the beauty director of the cosmopolitan magazine, and has volunteered at the Harlem's Fashion Row.

This week we're joined by Ta-Wanda Wilson who is the proud founder of The Road To Wellness Program, creator of The 8 Essential Lifestyle Functions and author of Breaking My Family's Poor Health Chain. Her science-based holistic practice is based on going back to the basics, transitioning to a healthier lifestyle and doing your part to assist your body in healing itself innately. After becoming aware of the role that lifestyle choices played in her family’s health history, she chose to take a new path by adopting a vegan diet, raising her three children using holistic health principles. Ta-Wanda works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produces lasting results.

In addition to her work in academia, she is the founder of Freedom Writes: an education company designed with the identities of Black and Brown students in mind.
