Ron Grady is an early educator/researcher/children's book author/illustrator who basically does anything and everything kid-related. He speaks to groups of teachers and works in the field with kids to support practices and help create spaces where kids feel good. He helps educators and others working with children see the goodness of their work. He's currently a second-year PhD student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Ron joins the fellas to dive into how we can make a more concerted effort to teach our children methods of communication in order to develop a deeper emotional intelligence. Ron is an absolute gem of a human and we love him.
