SHLTMM is an ongoing conversation about mothers/female role models and the role they play/played in ones life. The mother/son, mother/daughter bond is unique for each of us and it is like no other. Yes hindsight is 20/20, but by sharing these stories now, we can help the next generations of mothers and give them the tools they need to stay healthy, balanced and strong for the betterment of their children and themselves.
