Getting Rid Of Your Inner Evils | Ft. Andrew Bryant On Setback Leadership With Srijata | Ep 10
10/15/21 • 67 min
In this special episode of Setback Leadership, Andrew and I discussed many things around the reason behind why leaders go through glass ceilings, how can better their confidence, how can they differentiate between confidence and arrogance and many more interesting topics. Some of the most important learning is:
1. Allow your junior most employees to share their views on meetings first and the senior leaders later, should you wish your meeting outcomes more democratic and unbiased.
2. Celebrate women leaders for their competency and not for their genders! (The staunch supporters of women empowerment, are you listening?)
3. Confidence and arrogance aren't the same. Arrogance is when you enter the room thinking you are better than everyone. Confidence is when you eliminate the need to compare yourself with others.
Much more learning in this episode of the Setback Leadership Podcast - Breaking Glass Ceiling.
