The belief in fairy paths in Ireland was so strong that people who suffered from illness or misfortune, were said to live in the way of fairy paths. The Inuksuk is a symbol with deep roots in the Inuit culture, a directional marker that signify safety, hope, and friendship. Let's head out down the path together dear listener, and as Philip Booth, so poetically said; Many paths will intersect our journey along the way.... perhaps an Inuksuk will help guide our way, however; let's be sure to steer clear of any fairy paths along the way, just to be safe.....
