Insects have established a history within folklore & mythology since ancient times. Butterflies, bees, scarabs and other bugs have been known as symbolic markers for rebirth, purity, life and even death. The firefly with its dancing lights is surrounded by folklore &mythology as well, in ancient Amazonian mythology the fireflies light came from the gods & provided hope and guidance. Welcome on in, to this poetry driven podcast, which was created by me Debbielynne Howson A poet for many years, short story writer, nurse and hobbyfarmer. I take my experience from life, nature, loss and the daily struggle with depression and anxiety.
