The suspend belief statement is adapted from "The Nature of Personal Reality" by Jane Roberts I'm pretty confident that at least one of these limiting core beliefs will jump out at you or stare you in the face! They are so crucial to what we do and the success that we achieve as a result. I then cover the 4 positive core beliefs to replace the old out of date limiting core beliefs. You'll then learn 3 specific techniques or processes that will help you embed the new positive core beliefs more deeply into your subconscious mind. Finally, I cover a number of useful tips to help make positive affirmations more effective.
