Focusing on mental fitness and resilience practices to remain centred, healthy and happy in a frantic society that pulls us off centre at every turn.
Andy runs workshops, off-site, retreats for businesses and on the other side he supports men as individuals and groups to cultivate healthy masculinity, discover purpose and redefine their leadership as men.
Andy holds a monthly free to attend men’s online group called “not having my shit together” aimed at men who just need a space to be seen and heard , to feel it’s ok to talk.
