Andy Brownhill, head of rugby at Park House School, Newbury, a pathway coach with Gloucester academy and a coach with Scotland U16s, opens up about his struggles with mental health.

This podcast was on a different level for me. First, that Andy is so brave. Second, because I was in completely uncharted territory for me, yet it made so much sense. And third, due to the impact it has made on my life and my way forward.
