Rob Watson

Welcome to the podcast. I’m Rob Watson, an ex-pro marathoner with a 2:13:29 personal best (pre-super shoes), 11th place finisher at the 2013 Boston Marathon, and 20th at the World Championships in Moscow that same year. Nowadays, I’m a coach with Mile2Marathon and generally just a big running nerd.

On this show, we dive into all things running, with the occasional detour into cycling and triathlons. It’s a lighthearted, fun take on the sport we love, so sit back, relax, and let’s talk running.

Bri’s journey is nothing short of inspiring—she started running in 2017, completed her first 5K in 2018, and fast forward six years, found herself representing Canada on the start line of the 2024 Paris Olympics in the 5000m. It’s an incredible story of perseverance and dedication.
