Matt Rock is a Spartan Pro athlete and full-time dad with a full-time job
Matt came into competitive running in his 30s and did not find instant success. He made the decision to dedicate himself to the craft so that he could be competitive. Eventually, he found himself in OCR where now at 40 he is one of the top competitors in the world. Touting the second place in the Spartan Mountain series in 2019.
