During the annual planning segment, participants will: 1. Reflect on the past year, identifying successes, challenges, and lessons learned. 2. Set clear, achievable goals for the upcoming year, both professionally and personally. 3. Develop a detailed action plan to reach these goals, ensuring accountability and progress.
