We are publishing our Rethinking Aging Club archives back to Nov 2021 by category until we catch up; with CES Highlights first, then Caregiver Friendly Products and Fitness and Wellness. <p>
It will take us about six months to get all of the approximately 100 remaining shows published by category in our podcast. However, you can listen to all of them on the Clubhouse replays. <p>

Dr. Fujiyoshi gave a medical overview of Osteoporosis including prevention (Tai Chi is definitely of note) and pharmacological therapy options with their side effects.

Dr. Michael Jaasma has a PhD in orthopedic biomechanics from UC Berkeley. In his PhD research, he studied how bone cells respond to mechanical loading, so his expertise aligns almost perfectly with the technology behind Osteoboost. Mike is the inventor for over 10 patents across a range of medical devices. He has also worked at the FDA as a medical device reviewer and manager of reviewers.

In this episode, we heard about upscale, adaptive pajamas that enhance comfort and emotional satisfaction for the care receiver with limited mobility, as well as functionality and usability for the caregiver (whether professional or family level). We also discussed a private digital platform on which you can preserve your life story and legacy (via audio, video, photos, text, etc.) - literally “personal media for everything you DON’T put on social media - which also helps to combat isolation via meaningful intergenerational and social connection.
