Richard Johnston is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Byron Bay based travel company Trip-A-Deal. Legend has it that Richard was working out of his laundry in Bali when the idea for Trip-A-Deal was spawned with business partner Norm Black in 2011.

Richard knows how to build a brand, grow a reputation and shape a deal. He knows how to build platforms, engage customers, and keep customers.
