As a happy and successful person, we must understand that it is crucial for us to be healthy. All kind of sickness will affect somehow more or less our happiness and success. Today 25% - 30% of the people of the developed countries have severe heart diseases, cancer, and diabetes... This means nearly every body is ill. If we think that the doctors/health insurance is responsible for our health, then we are out of our control of our lives... For instance... all kind of Western heart medicine makes us sick. The American Doctor Association has proved on a research of 48000 heart patients over the length of 18 years... that with heart (or lowering blood and cholesterol) medicaments 3 times more death on not heart-related diseases and 4 times more heart attacks. Or cancer.... all cancer drugs have caused much more the death, than without Western medicine. Because the Western Medicaments weaken our immune system, and every day 13000 cancer cells are attacking our body.... how would it be to strengthen our immune system...? Dementia is caused by Western medicine... Diabetes is caused by industrial food (120 years ago only 0.0028% had diabetes). You find the links at the end.Our food is crucial for our health. For a healthy body, we need enzymes, vitamins and enough healthy bacteria for our bowels in our food (if not enough healthy bacteria in our intestines, our immune system is getting weak and also our digestion). The today industrially processed food: has no enzymes, no usable vitamins, is destroying our healthy bacteria in our bowels, makes our body acid (that promotes cancer and heart diseases), pollutes our blood vessels (heart attack and brain stroke), makes us fat, and has many poison ingredients inside, from the production and cheap ingredients. Even worse is the meat, poultry, and fish production is total acid for our body and for instance in chicken is arsenic, in meat and fish products are Antibiotics, heavy metals, estrogen. Only junk food like Pizza, French fries, ketchup is worse.If I see today what the industrially processed food had done to the Indian and Nepalis. Within 20 YEARS when the Indians and Nepalis were eating industrially processed food, they became sick and fat. Also, the meat had destroyed their health. Before was the traditional Indian food without meat, fat, oil - only beans, vegetable, fruits, and rice. The health was excellent and the bodies vigorous and thin.If we would omit white sugar... cancer cells need 16 times more sugar than normal cells, white sugar promotes heart diseases, diabetes, kills vitamins, kills healthy bacteria in our bowels...If we would omit oil (cold pressed oil is okay)... oil clogs our blood vessels (heart attack and brain stroke) makes the digestion difficult, makes fat...For sure we need enough body exercises, sleep and time to relax.Ask yourself, why you can't adapt to a healthy life style. In which situation is the craving for junk food? If you are happy and fulfilled can you adapt to a healthy lifestyle?The best food are: fresh unsweetened juices, green smoothies, raw vegetables and fruits.....eat it before your main menu (wait a half hour)and eat every day fermented unboiled vegetables for healthy bacteria in your bowels or take probiotics. I suggest:In the morning after you get up drink 1/2l warm water with ground ginger, lemon or citron juice, and if you like with real honey. This will make your immune system strong and purify your body.Then make body exercise and self-massage for at least 1/2 hour... This makes you strong...For breakfast take a green smoothie without white sugar.... if you want it sweet and appeasing your hunger add ripe bananas and real honey. Or drink unsweetened fresh pressed juice from fruits or vegetable...Or eat only fruits.Eat one time fermented unboiled vegetable a day (7 spoonfuls)....that will replace the bad bacteria in our bowels with good bacteria and gives us so much health, or take probiotics. If you do only these alone, you will be much more healthy. It will purify your blood vessels, makes your immune system and body strong. And during the day eat as much raw fruits/vegetables if possible. After consuming fruits don't eat anything for a half hour... and don't eat fruits as dessert. Episode 38 - A glimpse of the Lord - Kailash Chora


I desired for years, to do a Kailash Chora.... Was it an Ego trip, or Challenge or spiritual desire?The Kailash Chora is the most famous Pilgrimage for the Hindus and Tibetans. For the Hindus represents Mount Kailash, Mount Meru the place where the God Shiva lives. It is not allowed to climb Mount Kailash, so the pilgrims go around Kailash, which is called Kailash Chora. The stunning altitude is on this pilgrimage trek mainly between 5200m and 5700m and is about 50 km long... Finally, I booked the Kailash Chora, and we drove with the bus from Kathmandu to Dunche, the starting point of the Kailash Chora trek. I repeated always in my mind the famous Shiva mantra and got blissful, sometimes I cried for Shiva,... Awesome experiences...Just before we arrived there was a terrible accident just in front of us... A car passed by our bus and crashed with the speed of 80km/h in another car.... Both cars were destroyed and one car flipped upside down... I just saw a hand hanging out of the car that flipped upside down ... Nobody wanted to help. I shouted stop I have to help, and the guide tried to stop me... The driver of this flipped car was mooring, the roof was nearly flat to the level of the crashed front of the car...Is he still alive?How to get him out of the car....We tried many ways... nothing worked out, and we were desperate, finally, I got the idea to remove the plastic from inside the door... Then we got him out and nursed him... His shoulder and some ribs were broken, severe head injuries.... Still, he could breathe... Luckily he had survived and there was no other person inside the car...Then we continued our drive to Dunche...I took my pilgrimage seriously and meditated in the morning and night repeating the name Shiva mantra with every step that I took... The first day we trekked from the altitude of 4600m to 5200m and 20Km length and the last 5 Km was so exhausting... I had to reduce my speed, my 16kg backpack made it even worse. I enjoyed the beautiful mountain area and even more my rest! On this day, was the Tibetan Saga festival and 1000 Tibetan pilgrims were doing the trek... And that was so motivating....On the second day we stayed at the monastery to trek close to the Kailash and touch the Kailash instead of continuing with Chora....Unexpected this day became the Highlight for most Tourists and pilgrims...Just when I started I was so overwhelmed by love, that I cried ... IncredibleAnd all people who touched the Kailash had a high spiritual experience, regardless if they had faith or not....A friend of mine took a stone from Kailash and brought that to our Guest house for the people who could not touch Kailash.... One Indian woman cried when he gave her the stone and so me...She decided that we couldn’t bring the stone home and should give the stone back.Half of our group, could not continue the Chora because they suffered from symptoms of altitude sickness and went back and one woman rode a horse to the 5700m high pass.... This 5700m high pass got steeper and steeper, and I switched to snail gear... stopped every 5 minutes... the backpack drew me back... Still, it was not as hard as the Thorens la pass, because I trained every morning on the treadmill... Our group and guide supported me a lot, and thought I could do that... So I did... I lost 5 kg body weight because I could not get my raw food, and could not eat much-dried fruits and ground nuts.... The digestion didn’t work properly at high altitudes, hard to sleep... Congestion of the nose...I had the fortune to complete the Chora. The Tibetans needed only one day to complete the Chora and we required 4 days, including touching the Kailash.I think everybody should be well-trained before starting the Chora... It will be an unforgettable experience, - a life time experience. For sure we don’t get holier, but a glimpse of the Lord will be worth it.And You strengthen your perseverance and stamina ... Regardless how difficult it is, you learn to do it in baby steps when there is no other choice.

Trump had the American press total against him. Still, he won.... As insider, looking what the experts were saying, for instance on YouTube... it was easy to see that the American Media is nothing else as a propaganda media from Obama...So worse the situation is going for the world, so more the Media is lying...I never could believe that we run into such a stupid situation, where money printing is like crazy, and the people still believe that this should have a positive outcome... If people believe this because it is told in the Media. My mother said: he/she lies like printed... Because she never believed in the press....The press is lying, that she experienced when she was working there.The media needs sensation and from that they making money. The media never had tried out to be honest, because they want to make money on sensations... It is rather more telling Fairy Tells. So less we can’t check or investigate the information of the media, so more the media is lying. And we have a media sensor everywhere. When Obama became president, the American media, that I loved to read, stopped to be critic on the money printing, Obama health package .... Still, I had my newsletters and they had always been critic on the things, that can work or not work in the economy....With other words, we need to be informed, and from the media, we don’t get informed, it is rather more a propaganda machine from the government.Nobody can prove me that the wars in Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Syria makes sense.... For instance, Saddam Hussein (President Iraq) Gaddafi (President Libya), Bashar al-Assad (President Syria) got demonized by the media... Before Gaddafi was in power, the people in Libya had been very poor and different tribes in war... With Gaddafi the country bloomed, everybody got a pension, no civil war anymore... Then the so called war for good has mad the country poor again and in a civil war. And for this got Obama a Peace Nobel price? So what was bad?For sure the Peace Nobel price... Sorry, my parents never believed in the Nobel price, and today I know why!!!! We are living in a system that cheats us and only if we have the bones, we can look behind the veil and be critic...When I became a Sannyasin or devotee of Bhagwan, the press were making scandals after scandals against us. Bhagwan said that this is wonderful because through this, he will be very fast well known and so attract the intelligent people.
