Sometimes it's hard to wait on the Lord when it seems as if His promises are taking forever to fulfill, but hold on to the promises of God even when you're in pain and sorrow, and God will bring you laughter in the end. Proverbs 17:22 says “A merry heart does good, like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.” Laughter is an expression of happiness. It’s time to laugh a little.

The name of Isaac did not change as did his predecessor and successor. I thought about this and came up with an answer. God always keeps His promise. Isaac the son of Abraham and Sarah brought them laughter and that laughter remained throughout their lifetime.
