"Do today what your future self will thank you for." This is a motto that Justin Martinez lives by. Justin is a former Sergeant in the US Army, Ranger qualified. After his time in the Army, he attended Arizona State University, where he received a BS in Business Entrepreneurship and a Masters in Real Estate Development. While in college he also started a healthy vending machine company and ran a door to door sales team.
He took his saved income and began a journey in Airbnb by buying and renovating cabins in the Great Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He sold them off for over 7 figures and is now making cash purchases and home renovations for buy & hold properties. In addition, he just opened up a brick and mortar location for one on one fitness coaching, having completed the "75 Hard" program 4 times in the past year, as well as 6 Triathlons, a half marathon, a full marathon, 2 half Ironman's.
