Dan O'Halloran leads the O'Halloran Group, a residential real estate team based out of the Lake Sunapee Region of New Hampshire, along with his wife Christina. In addition to their team, consisting of a handful of agents and admin staff, they also own the office building that they use, as well as a few other properties and a lake home that also serves as a short-term rental during times they aren't using it. Dan discusses his strategy of adding a little bit at a time, and how these few moves have added up to a lot of great momentum in their pursuit of time and financial freedom through real estate. Dan also discusses the importance of building and growing his team and building a strong culture and making a great presence within their community.
