This episode is near & dear to my heart because it is a topic that has been weighing heavy on my heart. I am so grateful to Kirsten for having the idea to open up this dialogue. She saw me in my feelings, because she had experienced similar feelings & thoughts, which lead to a really beautiful dialogue.
