Ever felt stuck in the past, or constantly worrying about future? What if you could fully immerse yourself in the beauty and complexity of the present? This is part of the transformative journey of Soul Recovery. Throughout this episode, I share insights on how this journey has equipped me with the ability to truly be present, no matter the situation. I also guide you through a grounding meditation, an effective technique enabling us to appreciate our emotions and connect with the present moment in a meaningful way. Imagine revisiting past experiences not with pain or resentment, but with an open heart and understanding. Soul Recovery allows us to do just that as we learn to accept and forgive the past and open to the flow of the future- being here now.

Recover Your Soul: A Spiritual Path to a Happy and Healthy Life - Be Here Now: Making Peace with the Past and Embracing the Present

Transcript

Rev Rachel Harrison

One of the many gifts that I've received in my Soul Recovery journey is to be able to be present in this moment , right here , right now . More often , sometimes I still fall out and go into the past or into the future , but more often I'm able to be right here right now , even if that being right here right now is in difficult emotions or something that feels sad .
