On this episode Greg and Darren speak with fellow investor, partner, and friend Mike Konstantas. The focus is on partnerships and how the good ones can propel you on the journey to reach your goals – both professional and personal. With a few observations from Mike’s dad – a business owner for 45 years – there are many nuggets of wisdom to be found in this episode. For example, finding a group of like minded people to partner with can lead beyond the specific project and expand to other opportunities and friendship.
Mike began his real estate journey with the purchase of his first single family rental at 25 and had since acquired 3 more as well as moving to the multifamily space. He has participated in both limited and general partner roles, while growing his portfolio. All of this while still managing the family custom millwork business.
Mike can be reached by phone or text at 917-577-2448 or be email at [email protected].
