Ronja's experience with Hypnobirthing. Episode 17

In today's episode, we will be talking about hypnobirthing. The stories and images we see about birth condition us to think about birth in a certain way, such as “this are scary” or “or this is very hard”.
I recently launched my hypnobirthing course and I am so excited to be supporting parents to be in their preparation of the most significant event in their lives so that it also becomes the most beautiful one.. As a hypnotherapist, I am aware of the power our mind has in our day-to-day life. This is no different in pregnancy and birth, and even beyond in parenthood.
Ronja describes her birth experience as sacred, and even 11 years after, she still remembers this event in detail, calm and beautiful.
