On today's podcast I interview fellow author Bettina Wiethoff on our joint book adventure "She is Remarkable" with 27 other authors. Bettina explained how she embarked on a very difficult journey of divorce which led to a much-needed self-discovery and revelation of her true inner self-healing journey to her inner child and grounded her adult self further.
This is Bettina's very first published work titled "From Untruth to Truth" on page 130 of the book 'She is Remarkable'. She divulges in some depth on how her chapter helped not only herself but will also help many others on the journey of divorce and finding themselves again. An epiphany that many of us do not expect to find; but we sadly or gladly do in difficult times like this.
After her initial career in hospitality & event management and many years of extensive travel, Dubai-based personal development enthusiast Bettina Wiethoff felt it was time to share the knowledge she had gained on her inner self-discovery journey. Her never-ending curiosity to understand how human beings can operate at their best led her to study various techniques and ancient sciences such as mindfulness, yoga, Ayurveda, human design, numerology and meditation.

She is passionate about supporting her clients on their journey to their truest selves through Well-Being & Dharma Coaching. Her visionary mind believes that inner peace on individual levels is essential in order for global peace to be ever possible and that this is everyone’s responsibility towards themselves and others including younger generations.

On today's podcast I interview fellow author Islam Kafi on our joint book adventure "She is Remarkable" with 27 other authors. Islam provides some in-depth and much-connected background to her newly founded path in life: academic coaching. We discuss her teaching background and what led her to coaching herself and others both within her community and globally.
Islam Kafi is an experienced Academic Life Coach, Coach Trainer, Mentor Coach, Course Facilitator and Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Assessor. Islam was the first certified Academic Coach in the region and has since founded the region's only ICF Accredited Academic Coach Training Program, Coaching Kinetics. She completed a 3-year round of service on the ICF Board of Directors (Saudi Chapter) as the Director of Knowledge and Community.

She runs her coaching practice while being a Coach Trainer and Mentor and the Program Director at her Course. She works with multiple stakeholders on the development of the coaching community in the MENA region while increasing Coaching Awareness in Academic Arenas.

Her chapter in 'She is Remarkable' is on page 88 and titled 'I Get it Now'. Islam provides deep insight as to what inspired her to get not only involved in the book but also her inspiration for her specific chapter which was very heart-touching I have to say.

In today's podcast, I interview fellow author Audrey Hametner who is part of the book ''She is Remarkable" along with myself and 27 women. Audrey's chapter is entitled 'The Passion of Empowering Youth' on page 74 of the mentioned book above. In our podcast, we discuss her background career and how she ended up writing and being part of this remarkable book and journey.
Audrey discusses in some detail how she aspires to help build a better future generation by providing better tools not just emotionally but socially and mentally to help our youth strive forward into the wider communities as they face the journey of adulthood.
Audrey founded The Bedrock Program specialising in career and confidence empowerment for youth. Her practice has expanded to include supporting parents and families, working with counsellors in various schools, soon to be launched, VR coaching and a mobile game platform based on coaching principles. In addition to running the Bedrock Program, Audrey is COO of Upstrive, a well-being app for schools and also lectures as an adjacent professor at Middlesex University Dubai. An accomplished ACC coach and entrepreneur, Audrey is a speaker, and moderator and is often featured in the media for her insights on career readiness and supporting the youth. Audrey holds an Hons. BA from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy and Implementation from UN Mandated University for Peace (UPEACE) an MBA in Innovation Management and Strategy from Imperial College London and studied business analytics at The Wharton School.
