Sharelle Mendenhall is a motivational speaker, is Mrs. Nevada 2023, and ran for U.S. senator in Nevada in 2022. Her company, Elite Expo Talent Agency, her church, and prayer led her to Las Vegas a few years ago with her husband, Adam. She also experienced what no family should have to go through - the loss of her sister due to human trafficking. While her faith was tested, she and God became even closer leading her to where she is today.
In addition to her entrepreneurial spirit, Sharelle and Adam have started The Roar Fest this year. The Roar Fest is a new worship conference in Las Vegas, NV April 13th-14th, 2024. It is a meeting place for worship, prayer and power to be released through authenticity in Jesus. Come see what happens when we gather for one purpose - Jesus!

Wanda Alger and I have a wonderful discussion about her journey through inner healing and how that has helped inform her ministry. Her goal is to help bring truth and light to the body of Christ and, equip them to be ready saints for the return of Christ. Wanda has been in ministry for over 35 years as a worship leader, teacher, author, deliverance counselor, and speaker. She is an ordained and commissioned fivefold leader, and passionate about interpreting life from heaven’s perspective.

Since an unexpected angelic encounter in 2002, Wanda ministers through a spirit of wisdom and revelation that empowers believers to know their authority, embrace their calling, and demonstrate heavenly realities on the earth (Ephesians 1:17). A former writer with Intercessors for America, Wanda has also contributed to numerous national publications such as The Elijah List, Charisma Magazine, Spirit Fuel, and The Christian Post.

She has produced six books as well as numerous video and audio teaching series which are available through Alger Publications and Amazon. In addition to her blogs and website, Wanda hosts a YouTube and Rumble channel where she posts weekly prophetic insights and teachings. You can also find her on numerous social media platforms including Telegram, Facebook, and Truth Social.

Wanda is married to Bobby Alger who is Lead Pastor at Crossroads Community Church in Winchester, Virginia, which they planted in 1998 after ministering in the central Shenandoah Valley for almost fifteen years. Wanda and Bobby have 3 grown children and a growing number of grandchildren.

Robby is an international best-selling author, evangelist and passionate church equipper in the U.S. and in 70+ countries.

During Robby’s 30 years in pastoral ministry, he planted a church in Aurora, a high-risk city in Illinois with elevated crime rates and gang activity. 80 percent of church members came to Christ at his church, and 60 percent of those members through power encounters (prophetic, healing, deliverance, or ministry of God’s manifest presence). The mayor of Aurora along with its chief of police bestowed upon Robby and the Church an acknowledgement that he and the church made a significant difference in Aurora’s crime rate reduction. Robby often credits his time pastoring in Aurora as preparation for his ministry in some of the most dangerous countries in the world.

In 2019, Robby began planting power evangelism schools in the underground church in the Middle East in countries like Pakistan, Armenia, and Iraq. His heart is to raise up underground leaders to transform the most dangerous countries on Earth with the gospel.

Robby has authored three books, including his international best-seller ‘Do What Jesus Did’. He has also been featured in Darren Wilson’s documentaries, Sid Roth’s “It’s Supernatural”, TBN’s “Praise the Lord”, as well as many others.
