Project: Mom Podcast

In today's solo episode, I want to talk about emotions – I want to get curious about them, about the meaning we've given them, and how we show up in our day to day because of them. Emotions influence how we perceive and respond to the world around us, ideally helping us adapt to different situations and make choices that align with our values and goals. So what if emotions weren't negative or positive? What if we removed the meaning we've given these feelings, these emotions, and choose to see them for what they are? Messengers. Let’s talk about it!
